Ms. Chun is a 60-year-old woman who presents with complaints of urinary incontinence. She reports involuntary loss of urine during activities such as laughing, coughing, and exercising. She states she also has 1-2 "accidents" per day associated with a sudden urge to go that she is unable to hold until she reaches a bathroom. She is currently experiencing menopause and is overweight.

Conjugated Estrogens/Medroxyprogesterone Acetate 0.625 MG/5 MG (Prempro), Alendronate 70 mg once weekly, naproxen 440 mg q8h PRN, escitalopram 20 mg daily
