To analyse an nMOS transistor characteristic: I\textsubscript{D} vs V\textsubscript{DS} and I\textsubscript{d} vs V\textsubscript{GS}.
Two external voltage sources need to be connected to the nMOS transistor. These provide the
drain-source voltage V\textsubscript{DS} and the gate-source voltage V\textsubscript{GS}. Therefore, in this lab, students are
required to design an nMOS schematic based on the specifications given in Table 1.1. Then,
discuss and conclude your observation.

This is an open-ended laboratory. Therefore, students have to complete this laboratory with their
