Using MS Excel (or a similar program) plot $V_s$ versus $i_m$ and add a linear trendline
along with the equation of the line to linearize the data. Use the snipping tool to include a
picture of the data, plot, and trendline and include it below.
Based on equation (1) and the value of the slope of the trendline, calculate the value of the
internal resistance of the ammeter, $R_{int}$. Is this internal resistance relatively low? Pay particular
attention to the units and order of magnitude. How does the internal resistance of the ammeter
compare to the value of the resistor $R$ in the circuit?
