You are the owner of a small business. At the end of the month you have to determine the salaries of the representatives that work for you. Below is a table of the representatives and their sales and basic salaries. Basic salaries must be paid out even when there was no sales. You implemented a sales ceiling to inspire the representatives to work harder. That is R 50000 . 00 . Sales under the ceiling will receive \( 2 \% \) commission.
Sales over R50000.00 will be rewarded with \( 15 \% \) commission.
Unfortunately, Tax must also be determined. The Minister of Finance set tax levels at a Gross salary of lower than R12500.00. Employees receiving a salary below R12500.00 will be taxed at \( 10 \% \) and employees with salaries higher than R12500.00 will be taxed at \( 25 \% \).
