This weeks unit is all about professional commitment of educators. There is so much that goes into teaching and as educators, we must model professionalism. In the State of Connecticut, there is the Connecticut Code of Professional Responsibility for Teachers that every educator, no matter what age level or grade one teaches, must follow. Unfortunately, there are a few that I have known that do not always remain professional, either with parents, other staff members, or even with students and disciplinary action was taken!
