Design and draw a simplified a 3 input - 3 output combinational logic circuit that turns
on as many numbers of LEDs as the number of achieve inputs (input = 1). For the sake of
uniformity, following convention is to be followed.
1) Output LED X should turn on when any one input is ON
2) Output LEDs X and Y should turn on when any two inputs are ON
3) And Finally, output LEDs X, Y and Z should turn on when all three inputs are ON
