although Ishaan may seem "antisocial" based on how people use that term in conversation, his behavior is not indicative of antisocial personality disorder.
Ishaan's behavior is pretty far from the norm, based on what she knows about the other children at school, so it's possible he has antisocial personality disorder.
Ishaan doesn't seem unhappy, so he wouldn't be diagnosed as having a personality disorder based on the criteria for deciding whether behavior is abnormal.
