Sports and other forms of physical activity vary in their capacity to develop each component. In this physical fitness activity, you will be ranking different sports and exercises in terms of their capacity to promote such development, using a five-point scale for each of the five health-related fitness components. Answer the questions to the best of your ability, and then compare your answers in a group session with your teacher or your local fitness expert.
