CH$_3$OH
1. The reaction: C$_2$H$_4$Br$_2$ + 3KI $\longrightarrow$ C$_2$H$_4$ + 2KBr + KI$_3$ was carried out in a 1 L vessel.
The concentrations of the product, [KI$_3$] were measured at various times, $t$ (in minute) in three experiments (Expt.)
of different initial concentrations of the reactants, [C$_2$H$_4$Br$_2$]$_0$ and [KI]$_0$ as given in the table.

a) Use the graphical data to estimate initial rates of the reaction in the
three experiments.
b) Calculate number of moles of C$_2$H$_4$Br$_2$ and KI at 10.0 min in Expt. I.
c) Calculate the rate constant and determine the rate law for this reaction.
