Specify the units of the strain tensor.
For the axes shown on the figure and using the construction of Mohr's circle, obtain:
a) the values of the principal strains and the
orientation of the corresponding directions
b) the values of the relative elongations that would
be measured by strain gages along axes x, a, y
(strain rosette at 45°)
