1) Without needing to provide specifics, think of a time you reacted to a situation (personal or professional) rather than pausing to respond in a controlled manner, giving the benefit of the doubt to the other individual(s). How do you feel the situation went? Did you feel satisfied with the outcome? Do you wish it went a little differently? Did it change the relationship you have/had with that individual?
2) When, if at all, do you feel it is appropriate to react in anger as a leader? Why or why not?
3) Do you know of a leader (teacher, supervisor, manager, executive, director, president, etc.) who reacts in anger? Does it impact how you feel about that person?
