Fresh orange juice (15000 kg/h) is concentrated in an evaporator from 14%
to 66% soluble solids. To improve the quality of the final product, the
concentrated juice is then mixed with fresh juice (cut back) to change the
concentration of the final mixture to 45% soluble solids. Calculate the
following: (a) Rate of water evaporation in the evaporator, (b) Rate of fresh
juice addition following evaporation, and (c) Rate of final product production.
