What is H&E Staining?
Two stains [Hematoxylin(primary stain) & Eosin(counter stain)] are used in different tissues.
Hematoxylin will bind negative charge phosphate groups of nucleic acids, and stain blue; while Eosin
will bind positive charged amino groups of proteins, and stain pink.
