SD is a 75years old female G-tube feeding dependent. Came to clinic for f/u. During the visit patient reported constipation. Per home regimen she is getting 275 ml of Nutren 1.0 Kcal/ml 6 times per day ( bolus over 15-20 minutes) followed by 20 ml of water after each feed.
