M/S Quick Research Pvt. Ltd. is a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) outfit that operates in Hyderabad, Delhi NCR and
Bangalore. It employs around 2500 people and there is a strategic growth plan to grow to a manpower strength of 4500 in the
next 4 years.
This growth of manpower may face some quality hurdles. The management does not want the quality of manpower to
deteriorate as the numbers increase.
During a review, it was found that the hiring that was done in the past one year, was not of the same quality as in earlier
years. While the numbers are available, in conformance with the job specification, many do not display the attitude and skill
application of the earlier employees. Many do not have the requisite soft skills to be in client facing roles and are not able to
build a positive image of the organisation, one of the pre-requisites to obtain new business.
