c. Chromium (Cr) is solid and becomes aqueous giving away 3 electrons. Iron in solution (Fe3+) is reduced to Iron (Fe2+). If Cr and Fe3+ are the reactants, and Cr3+ and Fe2+ are the products:
i. Balance the overall rxn equation so that the left side and right side have the same number of elements and electrons.
ii. Write the separate half cell rxns for oxidation and reduction, which electrode is the anode/cathode?
iii. If the nersrnt equation was needed, find the value Q = Products/Reactant but know that the coefficient in front of the ion used must be placed as a power in
the eqn, ie $Q = \frac{Product^{Power\ to\ balance\ the\ ion\ in\ eqn}}{Reactant^{Power\ to\ balance\ the\ ion\ in\ eqn}}$
