The goal of the course project is to develop a distributed software system that demonstrates what you have learned in this course and provides a useful distributed service. Projects will be worked on by teams of typically 2-3 students.
Note: Not all project ideas are suitable. Your project must:
• Involve a reasonable scope and workload.
• Allow fair distribution of tasks among team members to ensure balanced participation.
• You can propose any application in the following distributed system area:
â—¦ Cloud Computing
â—¦ Social Media Platforms
â—¦ Online Market Place
â—¦ Communication
â—¦ Math Computation
â—¦ Collaboration
â—¦ Resource sharing
â—¦ Image analysis
â—¦ Distributed database
â—¦ Distributed Sensor Systems
• You can use external Python libraries that will help you in your project, such as the following:
The Project should meet the following objectives.
Objectives:
1) To understand the topics related to Distributed system
2) To understand the implementation of Distributed System.
To understand Python to program the concepts of distributed system.
Development Steps
1. Give a factual description of the project.
2. Support your arguments with recent research evidence.
3. Apply the Distributed System concepts.
4. Develop the project using Python
5. Demonstrate awareness of the topic and Distributed System.
6. Evaluate the quality (efficiency, effectiveness, ...) of your work by benchmarking with other similar research work.
