Rabbit Population
Adozen rabbits were released into the open on a farm in Australia over 100 years ago. Because the rabbits had no natural
enemies, the population increased exponentially to over one hundred million in 1999. This large population has affected,
and continues to affect, the natural vegetarian and crops. People have tried to control the rabbit population over time
using different methods. These attempts have slowed the rate of growth from time to time, but have failed to control the
ever-growing rabbit population
The following data models the growth of another rabbit population in a similar case.
