00:22 Now the next column is the number of colonies that we can see under a microscope and what will be the color of the colony so for this we have seen that thousand colonies of the bacteria could be seen and the color of the colony will be white all right now if we talk about the number of colonies under the uv light we know that under the uv light or we can say due to the exposure of the uv light the bacteria will die as a result now the number of colonies will be zero now we have to also provide with a reason for our answer in this case we can say that when we grow the bacteria in the nutrient agar without the ampicillin in this condition all the colonies will grow why because here we are not using the ampicillin and again the color of the colony will be white because here we are not using this green fluorescence protein so likewise similarly we have to fill the columns for the nutrient agar with ampicillin and nutrient agar without ampicillin.
