Step 1: Convert alkyl bromide to alkyl azide.
Reagent: $NaN_3$ (Sodium azide)
Step 2: Reduce the azide to an amine.
Reagent: $H_2$, Pd/C (Hydrogen gas with Palladium on carbon catalyst) or $LiAlH_4$ (Lithium aluminum hydride) followed by $H_2O$
