They open their eyes when somebody talks or when there is a sound.

So where does that go on the scale? well, the scale goes 1 to 4 on eyes.

One is doesn't open eyes at all.

Two is opens in response to pain.

Three, in response to voice.

Four is they open their eyes spontaneously as a fully awake person does.
