Coronary Vessels These are blood vessels that supply oxygen to the cardiac muscle. They fall under the category of systemic circulation. Coronary vessels include the coronary arteries and coronary veins. The coronary arteries deliver oxygenated blood to the cardiac muscle, while the coronary veins carry deoxygenated blood away from the cardiac muscle. The flow of blood in these vessels is important for the proper functioning of the heart.
