LED oriented from VDD (anode) to Drain (cathode)
NMOS has Kn = 500 uA/V and Vth = 950 mV.
LED has a forward drop VF = 1.4 V.
VDD = 10 V
Calculate the DEVICE CURRENT Id when Vin = VDD.
