He does not take the time to exercise. He recently had his annual physical exam and discovered that his A1C was 6.0%, which makes him prediabetic. His blood pressure was 140/90. His father was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 2 years ago. Now Andy is ready to modify his diet and lifestyle choices.
