Both Drs. Ashe and Cobble have heard stories about
practices that have gotten into trouble for violations of the HIPAA
Security Rule. Since the Security Rule only applies to electronic
data, they have not had to worry about compliance until now.
Discuss at least 2 personnel issues and at least 2 technical issues
that AAA will have to deal with in order to ensure compliance with
