could a kiss give a man an erection yet not be sexual?
Adultery
On Michael Wreen's definition of "adultery,"
\( X \) 's engaging in sexual intercourse with \( Y \) at time \( t \) is an act of adultery if and only if either \( X \) or \( Y \) is married at time \( t \), and \( X \) and \( Y \) are not married to each other at that time. \( { }^{1} \)
This definition seems fine. Examining some specific cases will test whether Wreen has correctly stated the necessary and sufficient conditions for adultery. Desing so will alsu lead us into interesting philosephical territory concerning the nature of sextal activity.
