Crisis Assistance Ministry has helped marginalized people in our community for years. The vision of Crisis is to help and inspire our community so they can become productive in the community and society. A vision statement is an integral part of an organization because it aligns with its mission, core values, and culture (Ray, 2021). Many people in our community have a hard time making ends meet and Crisis has been a pillar in our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. Crisis mission and vision statement include the word help, which is what the organization does for those in need. This organization now offers more services for the community not just basic needs. The organization offers the economic mobility program, and civic engagement so the community can have some input in what the needs are of our communities. Crisis Assistance Ministry is an organization that will help our community thrive.
