Global Academic Excellence (GAE) publishes the International Journal of Software Engineering (IJSE) to serve as a platform for academicians to share and update their knowledge and research outputs, as well as information within the area of Computing disciplines. GAE invites researchers, academicians, practitioners, and students to submit articles. The publication of journals is done quarterly. There are various roles such as author, presenter, reviewer, organizing committee, and program committee. Each has respective activities to achieve, which include submitting articles, reviewing articles, inviting conference guests and participants, etc.
From the preliminary discussions, you have identified that the tasks of the organizing committee are to ensure appropriate invitations to the authors and national representatives, as well as sufficient attendance, which are their major concerns. The program committee aims to ensure quality conference proceedings and prepare the conference itinerary. Authors send their papers to the conference program committee, where the details are entered into the system. Reviewers, who are selected by the program committee, only concern themselves with high-quality papers.
You, as the System Analyst, and your team are assigned to develop the system for GAE. Your team needs a brainstorming session to explore, acknowledge, and define scenarios and express them through diagrams to create a preliminary mental model and clearly understand the business model. Answer the following questions.
Describe TWO (2) elements a rich picture diagram can help to identify in information modeling:
Explain THREE (3) main steps the team needs to look at for the human activity stage.
Draw a rich picture diagram to explain the human activity stage of the Multiview methodology to describe the system requirements of the system above.
