Design a 3-bit synchronous counter using T flip-flops and multiplexers. It should include two control input called L (load) and U/D (up/down). If L=1, then regardless of the value of U/D the circuit should load a 3-bit value into the counter. If L = 0 and U/D=0, then the circuit should behave as an up-counter. If L = 0 and U/D = 1 then the circuit should behave as a down-counter.
