Design a yoga class. Identify the theme of the class. Identify the length of the class. Identify the target audience. Describe the setting of the teaching environment (e.g. space that the class is in, temperature of the room, etc.). Provide a sequence of asanas for the class. Incorporate pranayama techniques. Describe the purpose of each asana and pranayama technique that you incorporate in the class. Describe modifications for each asana that you prescribe. Provide a rationale as to how the sequence of asanas that you prescribed meets the theme that you identified for your class.
