Engagement Activity: Chapter 05 Making Automobile and Housing Decisions
Buying a vehicle can be frustrating because of the incredible variety of manufacturers, models, and options from which to choose. As a result, it can be quite daunting to try to select a vehicle that both meets your wants and doesn't hit your bank account too hard.
Think about buying a new car or truck; it may be brand-new or previously owned, but it is new to you. One technique that can assist you in your decision making is to differentiate between nice to have and really important, or the essential features of a new vehicle. Although it would be nice to purchase the most fully loaded vehicle available, your ability to pay for the very expensive model may be limited. Therefore, it's important to differentiate between those features that are essential from those that are merely nice to have before you begin to shop.
Read the following list of features, select your preference, and rank its priority to reflect its importance to you.
Note: You will be granted a point for any answer you give as there are no right or wrong answers. However, you must answer every question to receive full credit. If none of the offered answer choices is an exact fit, choose the one that most closely reflects your situation or opinion.
