(1) The machine shown is used for forming metal plates. It consists of two toggles \( A B C \) and \( D E F \), which are operated by the hydraulic cylinder. The toggles push the moveable bar \( G \) forward, pressing the plate into the cavity. If the force which the plate exerts on the head is \( P \) \( =15 \mathrm{kN} \), determine the force \( F \) in the hydraulic cylinder when \( \theta=40^{\circ} \).
(2) If a \( 20-\mathrm{kg} \) load \( I \) is placed on the pan, determine the position \( x \) of the \( 1.5-\mathrm{kg} \) block \( H \) for equilibrium. The scale is in balance when the weight and the load are not on the scale.
