For a village, three power plants will be selected between Steam power plant, hydroelectric power plant, diesel power plant, and pump storage hydroelectric power plant. For this village, the annual load curve given below (Table-1). For the Main Power plant, Booster-Auxiliary-Power Plant, and Peak Power Plant, the power they need to provide is given below (Table-2).
Power plants must be selected to provide the lowest cost for 1 kWh output energy. Select the Main Power Plant, Booster-Auxiliary-Power Plant, and Peak Power Plant between these 4 types of power plants, based on unit costs. Calculate the cost for each of these chosen 3 power plants at 1 kWh output energy. After creating this system, calculate the cost of this system for 1 kWh output. Create a table like Table-3.
P.S: For the pump storage hydroelectric power plant, the efficiency of pumping up is 92% (Pump is operating) and the efficiency of pumping down is 95% (Generator is Operating)
