Hello everyone.
00:01
In this video we will be discussing about the class of cytokines that are secreted by the macro features, right? so first of all, what is cytokine? citochines are nothing but protein molecules which are immune modulating agents, right? so they are involved in both cellular and antibody mediated immune response, right? so these cytokines are of many types.
00:28
These cytokines are what they are given in options.
00:32
They can be a lymphokine or monokine, an interlequin or chemokine, right? so these cytokines, which are called as lymphokine, are produced by one specific cell type.
00:46
The monokine is produced by another specific cell type.
00:50
So these cells which produce these classes of cytokine are immune cells, right? like macrophages, t cells, monocytes like that.
01:00
Okay.
01:01
So first let us look at chemokine, right? the chemokine is a superfamily of cytokine.
01:08
And these chemokines are produced by vast immune cell types.
01:14
So these chemokines are produced by monocytes, macrophages, t cells, and neutrophers.
01:22
And there are so many immune cells which are involved, right? immune response.
01:28
All the immune cells, all not maybe a majority of union cells produce these chemokens.
01:35
So there is no any such particular or specific cell which produces chemokin...
