So on a local level, what i may do is i may encourage investments or donations, maybe give tax write -off, so that was a possibility, and foster, technology and training.

So at a state level, i mean, each state likely is a medical school or some sort of training facility.

Teach physicians or those that are going to run this equipment and have them really implement it into their practices and what's going to go on forward.
