How is fluid moved from compartment to compartment?
What contributes to the movement of intracellular water to extracellular compartments? I know osmosis is one but what about plasma oncotic or hydrostatic pressure? Since they only move fluid between plasma & interstitial fluid and never go to extracellular compartments do they play no role?
