After reading about the three questions and how they are used to find a product/market fit, who the customers are, and how we reach them, and can we make money and grow being the final one, I do not think it is reasonable to be able to sell the product or service if we cannot answer these questions efficiently and with much detail. Being able to answer the first question is one of the most important because we need to be able to find a place where we can sell the product without any problems, as well as them just sitting on the shelves and no one interested in buying them. Which then ties into the second question of who our customers are and how we reach them. If we cannot find the target avatars of who we are selling to, then we will not be able to sell any product. Going through the process of making the product is one thing, but we need to know who we are going to sell that to and where it will be the most successful. This then leads us into the last question of being able to make a profit off of the product. If we are asking too much, then no one will want to buy it, and if we are asking too little, demand will spike and this will lead us to not being able to supply enough for what is demanded. I think a lot goes into this with management and going through all three questions and being able to either proceed with the decisions made or pivot around whatever adjustments are needed. Overall, answering all three questions is going to bring you more success, growth, and profit when having no issues with putting in the time and effort to thoroughly go through all three questions.
