Text: Students will list their top 3 favorite SDG initiatives and their rationale for these being their favorites. Using these as a foundation and their personality type from the Carl Jung test, they will list 6 (S.M.A.R.T) goals they would like to accomplish. Using their favorite SDG initiatives as a guideline, they will write two goals per SDG (one short/medium-term and one medium/long-term goal they wish to accomplish over a period of 2-5 years). Students then will list 10-12 abilities/skills they believe they will need or have to successfully accomplish their goals. These could be the abilities/skills they currently have or something they need to develop. Students then will conduct a perception assessment of what their colleagues/friends or business partners think of them. Each student will identify 3-5 references they can reach out to complete this activity. It is recommended that students gather at least one positive and one area of improvement type feedback from each of their references they wish to pursue for feedback. The students will use this and their personality type results to assess and document their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats towards pursuing their goals. Finally, students will complete a Personality Development Plan by selecting 6 of the abilities/skills they listed earlier and identify their current level of expertise for each of them and how they wish to advance their ability/skill to what it must be to aid them towards the completion of their goals.
