1. On a sheet of paper, draw three circles. You will use one circle to represent a cell in metaphase, one circle to represent a cell in metaphase I, and one circle to represent a cell in metaphase II. Assume that the parental cell for each of these contained: (i) one metacentric pair of chromosomes, (ii) one acrocentric pair of chromosomes, and (iii) one telocentric pair of chromosomes.
Beneath each of your three drawings, indicate the # of chromosomes and the # of DNA molecules in the cell.
