Step 1: Put your birth date on the top and your projected date of death at the bottom. Put the current date a few inches down the line from your birth date. Next, you need to list important developmental events that have occurred in your life from birth up until the present. No need to have exact dates for the events, using your age is fine. Then think about what your life will be like when you are middle age and an older adult in your 60's, 70's and beyond. Consider events in the future and place on your life line what you would like to accomplish and things that you think might happen in your future. Do this up until your death. Birth Date: Current Date: Death Date: Step 2: After completing your lifeline pick one event from each stage of life (see Chapter Presentation in Blackboard) and connect the event to the material in the text. For example, if you listed learned to crawl you could make a connection to the visual cliff. Write at least two sentences for each stage explaining how your event connects to the text. Step 3: Discuss how events in your time line relate to the stages in Erikson's theory. For example, if you said you would get married when you were 30 you might write how that matches up with Erikson's stage of intimacy versus isolation. Be sure to use complete sentences and explain how the stage relates.

Your PowerPoint must be at least 16 slides in length (including a title slide and a reference slide). In this presentation, you are required to use speaker notes. In the speaker notes, you will provide what you would say if you were actually giving the presentation to an audience. Please write your notes in complete sentences and adhere to typical grammar and formatting conventions.
Signature Assignment: Balanced Scorecard Presentation Course Project Overview Many companies use a balanced scorecard system to track and manage their performance. According to Garrison, Noreen, and Brewer (2021), a balanced scorecard "consists of an integrated set of performance measures that are derived from and support a company's strategy." In a Balanced Scorecard, the company's strategy is translated into a system of performance measures that are used to monitor the company's performance in meeting its strategic objectives. Your task for this assignment will be to identify and discuss key performance measures used in an actual balanced scorecard example of any ONE real organization. This can be readily accomplished by doing a search of the library databases, Google Scholar, or other sources available to you along with our textbook readings. To further assist in your understanding of this topic, in addition to finding information relating to a balanced scorecard example, you might also want to do supporting searches on dashboards and also Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as these are two contemporary terms related to the balanced scorecard concept. Discuss in as much detail as possible the specifics of each of the elements in the balanced scorecard that is being used by your selected company. You will also need to analyze the significant strengths and weaknesses of the organization's balanced scorecard. Deliverables You should prepare a 7-9 slide PowerPoint presentation (not including the cover page slide and references slides), explaining the specifics of the balanced scorecard utilized by the company you selected in your research. Be sure to clearly document the perspectives and performance measures being used by your selected company. This presentation should include your analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of your company's balanced scorecard. Your PowerPoint presentation should also include voice narration for each of the content slides. APA standards are required to be followed for this presentation.
