Describe the psychological and psychosocial challenge(s) as explained by theory/can be understood through a theoretical lens/relates to theory. You must consider both clinical practice theories (e.g., cognitive behavior theory, narrative theory, psychodynamic theory, stress-support diathesis theory) AND other mezzo- and macro-level explanatory theories that might apply (e.g., ecosystems, critical race theory, attachment theory, developmental life course perspective). Part 5: Client context. Describe social factors, risks, and recent stressors using theoretical frameworks. These can be closely tied to Part 4 sentences and may be interwoven. Part 6: Strengths/protective/spiritual factors. These should be explicit and quite clear. Again, they can be interwoven with the above Sections 4 and 5, but not through inference.
