Polydactyly (extra fingers) is rare in the general population, but is somewhat common among the Old Order Amish of Pennsylvania. It is inherited as an autosomal dominant genetic condition.
In a certain family, a polydactylous man and a woman with normal fingers have ten children. Seven of these have normal fingers and three are polydactylous. Give the genotypes of both parents, their normal children, and their polydactylous children.
