00:01 Question we're going to be decoding some of the anatomical terms that we use for directions of the body.
00:06 So you see i have two views, one from the side, one from the front.
00:09 I'm going to start with the side view.
00:10 So if we're looking at the side, it's very easy to see the front of the person and the back of the person.
00:16 So the front of the person is called the anterior side.
00:24 So you might also call it the front or you might also call it the ventral side.
00:29 And then the back of the person is called the posterior side.
00:39 So also called the back or the dorsal side of the person.
00:50 Then using this side view, i can also pretty easily see, you know, the top to the middle.
00:56 So we're going to use this side over here to talk about what's called the cephalic or the cranial part of the body or moving closer to your core, this is the coddle side.
01:15 So up at your top, towards your head, cephalic or cranial, down towards your center of the body, that is the coddle.
01:22 So moving over to the other view, we can look at a couple of other different things...
