As the concentration of chlorophyll a increases, the concentration of nitrogen decreases. The concentrations of nitrogen and chlorophyll a are directly correlated. The concentrations of chlorophyll a and nitrogen increase throughout the year. There is no relationship between the concentrations of chlorophyll a and nitrogen.
