Of the following, where is one most likely to find nucleosomes? Nucleus Mitochondria Virus Chloroplast SARS-CoV-2 has a single-stranded positive-sense RNA genome. What does this mean? It's genome needs to be converted to complementary RNA before translation by the host cell. It's genome can be directly translated by the host cell. It's genome needs to be converted to DNA before translation by the host cell. It's genome needs to be converted into a polypeptide before translation by the host genome.

The value of studying a transcriptome rather than a genome is that using bacterial RNA eliminates the introns they all have. RNA is much easier to work with than DNA. one can get a snapshot of what genes are transcribed under some conditions but not others. a transcriptome shows directly which proteins are being expressed in a cell.
