Which environmental sample did you expect to show the most growth? did your experiment fit the result? so obviously, i wasn't given all the samples to select from.
00:16
So unfortunately, i'm not able to give you a 100 % match answer.
00:22
But in general, the environment that are rich in bacteria bacteria will be somewhere has organic matters.
00:33
The organic matters provide nutrients.
00:40
And then it's somewhere has moisture, water.
00:44
So moisture or nutrients, they are able to support the growth of bacteria.
00:50
So an example, because again, i do not know which one specifically, but in general, the sample that has a lot of bacteria, environmental sample that has a lot of bacteria will be like soil sample and water sources such as the sample take from a pound or rivers and then if you have any sewage treatment plants or animal waste site so they will will have rich in bacteria, they have the highest colony count.
01:42
So hopefully your sample will cover one of those places.
01:46
Second, should you be concerned if you have a bacteria found on your skin? now, most cases it is not concerning to find bacteria on human skin...
