RC Circuit with Steady-State AC Source
For the circuit of Fig. 5.1, assume V(t) is a 2V peak-to-peak (2V p-p = 1V = 1V peak) sinusoidal signal. Calculate the peak-to-peak values of VA and Vg for the three frequencies: 200 Hz, 1 kHz, and 5 kHz. For each frequency, determine the gain magnitude Vl/Val (the amplitude of V divided by the amplitude of V) and the phase angle between input (VA) and output (Vg) voltages (also called phase shift between VA and Vg or phase angle difference between VA and V), and complete the table below.
