Now that you have investigated some of the laboratory tests used to distinguish among various food macromolecules, you will extend your study to macromolecules in some foods that you will choose from a restaurant's online menu, To do this, you will first choose a complete meal from a restaurant, predict which lab tests are likely to produce a positive reaction for each of the items that make up the meal, and comment on the nutritional value of the meal. Initial Post, due 3am ET Thursday: Choose a restaurant, and describe a meal from their menu. Include a list of each food item that the meal includes. Download this Excel spreadsheet. For each food item, predict which lab tests are likely to produce a positive reaction. Then comment on the nutritional value of the meal in the conclusion (under the "conclusion" tab on the spreadsheet). Post your spreadsheet to the discussion. "Frosted flakes" is just an example but im still confused on how to do this! All/any help would be much apperciated!
