Spiritual health is intimately connected to physical, emotional, financial, and psychological health. There are no "right" answers here, and honesty is key. First, craft a four–five sentence personal belief statement by answering these three questions: What matters most to me? Which beliefs are central to my sense of identity? What drives my actions? Second: After you complete your personal belief statement, ask yourself which current or new spiritual practices may be nurturing for me? Look over the information offered in the course session and create two–three SMART goals (list them in bullet form) that you would like to implement in order to be more spiritually healthy. Lastly, implement one of your new goals this week and describe in a paragraph how this new spiritual practice made you feel when you tried it — before, during, and after.
