So you might see that people of color, and it could be specifically african american, it could be specifically hispanic, or just generally people of color, are going to be less likely to get a job than someone who is white.

And we can be looking at people who have the exact same background, exact same professional credentials, and exact same worth, ethic, but out of those two options, white people are going to be more likely to be hired because of this discrimination, because of some underlying belief that maybe the colored person is not as trustworthy, or maybe it's just a discomfortability with the white person, things like that...
